The death of Riley Strain has been ruled an accidental drowning. An autopsy report was released Tuesday. An accompanying toxicology report found that his blood alcohol level measured 0.228, which is about three times the legal driving limit. Strain was a senior at the University of Missouri from Springfield on a fraternity trip to Nashville. He went missing in March after being asked to leave a downtown bar. His body was recovered in the Cumberland River 14 days later.
