Columbia Public Schools has hired a new Chief Academic Officer for the 2024-25 school year. Dr. Jeff Klein has been an executive with Satchel Pulse, an education software company since 2020. Prior to that he spent 18 years with the Park Hill School District in Kansas City, the last 10 as an assistant superintendent. He takes over for De’Vion Moore who announced his departure from the Columbia Public Schools earlier this year.
